Stephen Gilmore has moved up draft boards, possibly into the top 10. He started 40 of 40 games over his 3 year college career. In 40 games he made 181 tackles, 7 PBU, and 4 interceptions. He returned 28 punts for 206 yards.

Has the size of a prototypical cornerback. Is a good athlete with very good top end speed. Physical on the line, and a decent tackler. Gilmore has a good work ethic and upside that should get him drafted in the top half of the 1st round.

Sometimes he’s late getting off the line. He doesn’t have great instincts and his play can be inconsistent. Needs to improve his backpedal and turns.
