# 1 and # 15 - Los Angeles receives Tennessee's 2016 1st round pick for LA's 2016 1st (# 15), two 2nd's (# 43 and #45) and 3rd (# 76) round picks, as well was LA's 2017 1st and 3rd round picks.
# 2 and # 8 - Philadelphia receives Cleveland's 2016 1st round pick ( # 2) for Philadelphia's 2016 1st (# 8), 3rd and 4th round picks, a 2017 1st round pick and a 2018 2nd round pick.
# 8 and # 13 - Philadelphia receives Miami's 2016 1st round pick (# 8) for Philadelephia's 2016 1st round pick (# 13), LB Kiko Alonso and CB Bryron Maxwell.
* - New England forfeits their 2016 1st round pick and 2017 fourth round pick for violating the NFL's policy on integrity of the game. From the NFL's investigation of the Patriots deflating footballs.

# 37 - San Francisco receives Kansas City's 2016 1st round pick (# 28) for a 2016 2nd (# 37), 4th (# 105) and 6th (# 178).
# 43 and # 45 - Los Angeles receives Tennessee's 2016 1st round pick for LA's 2016 1st (# 15), two 2nd's (# 43 and #45) and 3rd (# 76) round picks, as well was LA's 2017 1st and 3rd round picks.
