Riley Reiff's Player ProfileRiley Reiff ended his collegiate career after his Junior season, starting 37 or 39 games. He played both left and right tackle, and left guard during his 3 years at Iowa. In 2009 he was arrested for public intoxication and interference with official acts. 8 policemen were involved in a chase out of an alley and into someone’s kitchen.
Reiff has good height and weight for a tackle. He’s a good athlete with good technique. Has good agility and quick feet to move laterally down the line. Able to absorb bull rushers. He’s good against both the pass and run. Reiff’s instincts and awareness are only getting better. Takes good angles.
Has shorter arms for OT, 1 inch shorter than average. Needs to get stronger to be a LT in the NFL. Has a tendency to lunge. Doesn’t always stay low.
