Peter Konz' Player Profile

Peter Konz is the top rated Center in this year’s draft. He was redshirted in 2008, and started 30 of 31 games at Wisconsin. He missed the last 2 games of the 2009 season with blood clots in his lungs. Missed some time in both 2010 and 2011 with ankle injuries.

Konz has excellent size at 6’ 5” and 314 lbs. He’s a good run blocker. Is not the greatest athlete but has the smarts and awareness.

Has trouble with quick defensive tackles. Needs to improve his initial punch. Has a tendency to get too high. Needs to get stronger.
