Jonathan Martin's Player Profile

Jonathan Martin at one point was a projected top 10 pick, but the closer it got to the draft, the farther he’s fallen. Should be a late 1st to early 2nd round pick. After being redshirted in 2008, he started 37 of 39 games at Stanford.

Martin has good size, arm length, speed and athleticism. Is a very good run blocker. Has good technique and use of hands. Quick punch off the line. Can handle the bull rush. Quick feet allow him to mirror defenders. Has good football IQ and his is a well liked teammate.

Martin needs to add strength. Has trouble covering the edge, especially against players with speed.
