Janoris Jenkins transferred to North Alabama after 3 years at Florida. He was arrested twice for drug possession and kicked off the Florida’s football team. He was also charged in 2009 after getting into a fight. Jenkins has 4 kids with 3 different women. He was once a candidate to go in the top half of the 1st round, but has had his stock drop.

Started 38 or 40 games over 4 seasons. This past season Jenkins had 53 tackles, 4 PBU and 2 INTs in 12 games. Over his 4 years at college he made 174 tackles, 29 PBUs and 10 INTs for 166 years. He also returned kicks

Jenkins is an excellent athlete with the skills to match. Has terrific speed and instincts. Can cover both the big receivers and the fast ones. Nice backpedal with a fluid hip turn.

Needs to increase strength, as bigger receives can out muscle him. Can take chances too often. Off-field antics are biggest concern.
