In 2008 Paea started 12 of 13 games recording 41 tackles, 11 TFL, and 5 sacks. In 2009 he made 43 tackles, 8.5 TFL, 3 sacks and 4 forced fumbles. Last year he started 11 games, making 42 tackles, 10 TFL, 6 sacks, 2 PBU, and 4 forced fumbles.

Muscular build but his height and size are average. Has good speed and agility. Has a good initial punch and violent hands. Can get into the backfield. Very good bull rusher. Has decent closing. He has good lateral movement and balance.

Doesn’t have great height at 6’1” and has short arms. Doesn’t always take good angles. Needs to improve on pass rush moves.
