Dareus has the size, speed and strength to excel at the next level. Despite is bulk, he moves extremely well. Can be used in a 4-3 or 3-4 scheme. Has a good first step and ability to disengage blockers. He’s a good run blocker, and his pass rushing skills have improved. Has good ball awareness, pursuit, and motor.

One area that Dareus lacks in is starting experience. He started this year as a junior, but only 4 games in his sophomore year. He was suspended for 2 games this year for taking impermissible benefits from an agent.
