Reed registered 47 tackles, 10 TFL, and 6.5 sacks this past season is 13 games. Last year Reed started 8 of 10 games, missing 3 games to an ankle injury. He recorded 23 tackles, 5 TFL, and 2 sacks. As a RS Sophomore Reed started all 13 games, making 37 tackles, 9.5 TFL and 8 sacks.

At 6’3” he’s on the small side for a defensive end. Reed has an excellent first step. Has good agility, range and strength. Relentless in the pass rush, and is a very good tackler. Shows a good work ethic, leadership qualities, and football IQ.

Since he’s smaller side, can get over matched at times and has trouble getting off blocks. Has a harder time against the run.
