Terrence Cody's Player Profile

Cody is a mountain of a man, standing 6 foot 5, and is down to around 360 pounds. Because of massive size and strength, he’s often doubled team. He’s quite agile and athletic for a guy his size. Decent lateral movement, and is effective against the run. Cody is probably projected higher than he should be due to his size and nose tackle position, as there are concerns about him.

Weight and endurance are a legitimate concern for teams considering taking him in the first round. Cody arrived at Alabama weighing around 400, and even though he’s lost close to 50 pounds, his weight and health will always be an issue. Cody really struggles with the pass rush. There are many holes and question marks that will follow Cody up until draft day, but he’s definitely an intriguing prospect.
