This tall quarterback has all the tools to break the streak of bad Notre Dame quarterbacks in the NFL. He has a cannon arm, with laser precision if given the time to throw. Clausen has played in a pro style offense under Charlie Weis for three years, and I consider him the best quarterback in the 2010 draft.
