Malcolm Jenkin's Player Profile

The top rated cornerback for the 2009 NFL draft. He could have been a first round pick in 2008, but made the smart decision to return for his senior year. Jenkins played in 52 games for the Buckeyes, recording 196 tackles and 11 interceptions, returning 2 of them for touchdowns.

Jenkins has the makeup to be an solid cornerback in the NFL. He has an excellent combination of size, speed, strengths, and instincts. Can run with most receivers. Has big game play making ability.

Some may think hes cocky, hes very confident with himself and his ability. Might be able to play safety as well if he becomes a little more consistent with his open field tackling.
