Aaron Curry's Player Profile

Curry is the complete package. His play has improved in each of his four seasons at Wake Forest. His tackle numbers have increased from 45-83-99-101, sacks from 1-3-3-2.5, and interceptions from 1-1-4-1. Curry won the Butkus Award this year as the Top Collegiate Linebacker and was First Team All-ACC.

Curry has excellent size, strength and speed. Shows good instincts in reading offensive developments. Excellent tackler. Has the ability to in both the 4-3 and 3-4. Heavy Hitter. Able to go sideline-to-sideline.

Needs to improve on his coverage during the pass, and may have trouble one-on-one at the next level. Can be over-aggressive at times and isn’t fluid when changing directions.
