Gabe Jacas is a long, bendy edge defender whose profile is built on length, flexibility, and the ability to attack the quarterback from wide alignments along the line. He wins with a low?pad frame, strong hands, and a twitchy first step that allows him to turn the corner, stay in the quarterback’s lap, and convert speed into power without fully straightening out. His ability to play both as a traditional edge and a stand?up linebacker type gives him versatility in multiple schemes that can use him on passing downs and as a hybrid defender.
