Lance Zierlein of NFL.com: "Long-armed ball-hawk who understands how to maximize his length to disrupt the catch and take it away. Jackson could be labeled a "one-year wonder", but 27 passes defensed in a single season isn't random. He's talented but inexperienced and he has coverage holes that could be exploited early in his career."

Jeff Legwold of ESPN: "He improved his 40 time to 4.42 on his pro day. Jackson moved from cornerback to wide receiver and back early in his career with the Hawkeyes. He had eight interceptions and was credited with 26 passes defensed in 2017. He forced six turnovers -- five interceptions and a forced fumble -- in a two-game span."
