The top Aztecs pass rusher, Williams seems to be in or around all plays within five yards of the line of scrimmage. He's always around a lose ball or a panicked quarterback. If he can improve this year just to the extent that he can finish those plays, that coupled with his overall athleticism should get him a good look as a late round rush linebacker.
